Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky is one of the symbols of Russian culture. Maestro Pavel Kogan and his orchestra dedicate programs of one of personal subscriptions to the 180th anniversary of the great composer. The orchestra has long won public recognition in Russia and abroad due to the highest skill and ability to build programs: always interesting and informative. In each concert, Tchaikovsky’s music is matched with a “couple” - a work by his contemporary, an outstanding Russian composer, one of the largest representatives of world music culture of the 20th century, whose music is distinguished by the stylistic variety of Igor Stravinsky, with his ballet “The Fairy's Kiss”, inspired by the creation of Tchaikovsky.

The concert will be attended by one of the most promising Russian conductors of the young generation, the most popular and titled Russian clarinetist - Valentin Uryupin; and the Russian pianist, winner of the 1st prize and a special prize for the best performance of Mozart’s concert with the chamber orchestra of the 15th Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow - Dmitry Masleev.
